TERMS AND AGREEMENT

This is the agreement between the Customer /Buyer and Millions of Color.

ORDERING PROCESS AND RULES

Simply send a request by mail or text to the number +905453664792

After receiving your mail confirmation our sales assistant will call you in person and put your order in process. Once money transfer has completed you will receive billing mail including your item code number and receipt of your order.

Your order will be shipped in 5-15 days delivery and you will be informed it’s track number for you to follow. If stock is not available and we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be contacted and you will NOT be charged until your order is ready.

Millions of Color accepts money transfer online or manual via Western Union only, from anywhere worldwide to the name of only

Kadriye Basak Yolacan Istanbul Turkey/TR.

Millions of Color does not take any personal payment account information. All payment information will be yours to keep between you and Western Union depending on your payment options

CANCELING YOUR ORDER

If you give up before shipping process has confirmed the full refund will be provided.

Once item has been shipped (after confirmation of yours by e-mail), we will not be able to refund.

REFUND OF ITEMS

Once item has been shipped we are not able to refund items. However if you are undecided and need help

MONEY REFUND POLICY

If the delivery fails in following reasons your full amount of money will be chargeback.

1-If the wrong item delivered to customer (Your order will be sent according to the item code you indicated in the order mail.)

2-If the customer cannot have the delivery in indicated date of the order placed. (Shipping is 5-15 day depends on states and country)

TRACKING SHIPPING

Your order will be shipped in 5-15 days delivery and you will be informed its track number for you to follow. The shipping will be made to the address that you indicated in the order e-mail. Please note the address cannot be P.O Box. Must be the address of recipient to be able to take out delivery.If stock is not available and we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be contacted and you will NOT be charged.
